At HotBox Philly we understand the increase in demand for co-packing services. In our 5 years of experience, the HotBox team has manufactured sauce, sold sauce, attended festivals/trade shows, and met many business owners to understand how to be competitive in the hot sauce co-packing market. We have put everything into building a facility, team, network, and process that allows us to provide consistent, high quality manufacturing. 

New and smaller brands often lack the resources for large-scale production, while larger brands seek flexible solutions to test new products without committing to extensive production runs initially. Our primary commitment is working with these brands, from a thought or idea to a finalized product. We enable these companies to order smaller production runs, making it easier for them to get started, and coach them through the early stages to scale as we upgrade and expand. We offer a more comprehensive service than standard co-packing companies, covering everything from startup, research, and legal/compliance to bringing a full product to market.

Ability to work in small batches.

We offer flexibility for our clients.

Many large co-packers have high minimum order quantities, which can be prohibitive for smaller brands and even bigger brands looking for a test run. Our goal is to help our customers bring their ideas to fruition, and we are there for you every step of the way. We can work with batches as small as 25 gallons.

Ensuring consistent quality is crucial. We implement rigorous quality control measures and maintain transparency with clients about these processes. If a variable in a recipe is too volatile and affects the outcome, we work with clients to better control those variables and ensure a consistent process. This includes maintaining good relationships with suppliers for key ingredients.
